"The staff was friendly and accomodating. I liked the set up for making tea. Everything was neatly arranged and the kettle was part of the set up. What I didn’t like was the wicker tray in the bathroom that the toiletries was in. It didn’t look clean. I would have preferred it to be on something that can be washed and look clean instead of something that had “white stuff” on it that might have been toothpaste or soap residue."

" its a good Hotel located in a very good place and walking distance from most happening area. The security is fine at least you will not find someone knocking your dood at 0400 hrs. The main issue was wifi facilities were not available due to GHQ next door and Hotel Managment were helpless. overhaul its a good place where you can have qulity food. "

"They have issues with plumbing. The sinks do not drain very well. Also, I ended up with 2twin beds instead of a double for one out of 2nights with my husband. And although they said they would get me a double bed, I checked in around 5pm, and they told me I was too late. The actual accommodations are fine. The is a nice rooftop terrace you can sit at. Breakfast was good. Sink and shower drainage, needs work. I didn't book a 3rd night with them."

"I’d probably rate this as one of the top hotels in the whole country. Even compared to international standards, it still rates very well. Excellent food offering with several restaurants on site, price is at the very high end of the local price spectrum. Rooms are very well appointed, decorated to local styles, which may or not suit your tastes. The hotel has very high security, which I suppose is necessary given pakistans security situation.
