"The staff was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, courteous and helpful. Roberto that works the resort restaurant is an absolute gem. Always made sure I was well taken care of. If it's a massage you need, I highly recommend Yana. She manages to strike the perfect balance between a gentle, soothing massage and a deep sports massage. Finally, you must have a chat with Simon. You will find him at the reception as he oversees operations. He can provide you with a multitude of places to visit, restaurants to eat wherever your next destination takes you! "It was a last minute booking, the pictures looked amazing, which I thought justified the cost. I was wrong. Very unimpressed with the hotel in general, front desk service was not friendly or welcoming and the room was very outdated. Would not recommend staying there at all."

"Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "
