"We were warmly greeted by Uche(sp). She showed us our apartment which was large and well equipped. Food items to prepare were waiting for us in the kitchen: pasta, sauce, bread, juice, beer. The farmhouse garage area is like a museum with sleighs and old farm equipment. The bathroom was large. There was a washing machine, but we were asked not to use it. Not sure why. "Overall a very nice hotel. As mentioned elsewhere rooms though a good size are somewhat dated. The bathroom in my deluxe room was very 90’s…I wouldn’t normally expect a shower in a bath for an upgrade room, The Spa is the stand out feature of this hotel. Beautiful views of the mountains…particularly at dusk. Very relaxing. The hotel is very much a family hotel. I personally found the dinner options very limited…4 mains and one desert option. (Or that’s all I was presented with) Business...

"Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well. "

"check in and check out was super easy. the staff was so accommodating and super nice. location was walkable to old town. the hotel itself was extremely quiet and super comfortable. the room we stayed in was massive for European standards. absolutely loved every bit of it. we did not do breakfast the couple days we were there, but it smelled fantastic! Will absolutely stay here again!!"

"Very cute hotel in the center of town. Room is clean and in good size. It closes to the bus stations and the hotel will provide free bus tickets to the castles. There is a supermarket cross the hotel, which is very convenient. There are no coffee machine or kettle, no bottle water, no mini bar inside of the room. A small cup of coffee was 4.8 euro in its restaurant, if you are a breakfast person, best to eat the breakfast buffet, heard it’s good. "
