"Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow."

The Christmas tree they thoughtfully placed in our room was a lovely touch – it made our stay feel extra special. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and amenities. The hotel's location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional staff. "This was the best part of our stay in Germany! The setting was gorgeous with a fantastic view of both the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. It was just what a pictured for a hotel in the Alps. We had a room the would accommodate 4 with a separate sleeping area with 2 double beds. Breakfast and dinner were available and were excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Thankfully everyone spoke English to accommodate us, tourists who do not speak German well."
