"check in and check out was super easy. the staff was so accommodating and super nice. location was walkable to old town. the hotel itself was extremely quiet and super comfortable. the room we stayed in was massive for European standards. absolutely loved every bit of it. we did not do breakfast the couple days we were there, but it smelled fantastic! Will absolutely stay here again!!"

"The property was in a beautiful area with a great view of Neuschwanstein and a short drive to the parking for both Hohenschwangau and Neuschwantein Castles. "The cutest hotel & room! Has curtains that separate the entryway/bathroom from the bedroom and that match the curtains on the windows. Beautiful, well-decorated hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice location, close to shuttle bus to the castles. Kind, helpful staff, great breakfast. Highly recommend! "

"Overall a very nice hotel. As mentioned elsewhere rooms though a good size are somewhat dated. The bathroom in my deluxe room was very 90’s…I wouldn’t normally expect a shower in a bath for an upgrade room, The Spa is the stand out feature of this hotel. Beautiful views of the mountains…particularly at dusk. Very relaxing. The hotel is very much a family hotel. I personally found the dinner options very limited…4 mains and one desert option. (Or that’s all I was presented with) Business...
