"The apartment was spacious. 1 bedroom, and sofa bed in living/kitchen area. Very clean and great air-conditioning. Kitchen/cooking area was basic but adequate for a short stay. Reception was welcoming and spacious. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was any bother. Breakfast was self service with good choices of cheese, bread and pastries. "Payment was commensurate to the room i got. TARI the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Location is walking distance to the entrance and along the way are shops for religious articles and restaurants. Safe to walk as the street to the hotel is frequented with people who are also on pilgrimage. "

"No elevator, doors making noise all time, code often does not work and lock you outside, some troublesome people living here and purposely making noise with doors every a few minutes, property has very bad attitudes and never responded to messages."

"The staff and service were fantastic, bed comfortable. Only downside was music at bar below went on until midnight, but after that quiet until morning. Ate at the restaurant below, great food and service and reasonably priced. We would stay there again."

"We were delighted with our upgrade to a suite - from a regular room - what a night and day difference. We were, however, quite disappointed with the repair of the chateau in general. It felt tired, the garden was lovely but didn't have a well kept feel. The pool was average, but the hot tub was not in use, covered up with some old cushions. The staff were amazing - Noelle and her husband took very good care of us."
