"Nice hotel, welcoming and comfortable. Restaurant food lacked in choice for vegetarians and vegans, not really any healthy choice. But the staff were lovely and the service was great. Room was comfortable and practical, though the colour choice was a bit odd & the shower was small even for me, a small woman. But that could be that I had the odd room at the end of the corridor that the designer squeezed in."

La unica cosa que no nos gustó fue la comida de la cena en el restaurantedel hotel. Todo era calentado en potes de vidrio y del microondas directo para la mesa. Como si todo era congelado en potes de vidrio con tapas y despues calentado en el mismo recipiente "

"This hotel was phenomenal. I am well traveled, and found this to be exceptional. I was upgraded to one of the suites, where I had one of the largest balconies one could ever expect from a hotel overlooking the southwest of France. I also had another balcony in the sitting room. The staff was really friendly and helpful. One tip – you cannot really drive to this hotel. It’s hard to find, and you have to park a bit away in the parking lot and track up the hill into the walled city. ."

"Excellent location for visiting the old City. Great value. Clean and well kept. Good breakfast but would have been excellent if offered an option to boil a fresh egg. Decent car park. Fantastic shower. Didn't use pool as it was too early in the season. "

"Perfect location close to the gates of the walled city. Easy parking once the system is explained. Enter the public car park gates at the front of hotel, park and walk to reception where the correct tickets can be obtained for parking. 15€ per night charge. Rooms are immaculate and have a small fridge and pod coffee machine. Decor is excellent and has deck access to most rooms. Good if you smoke, not if you don’t. Reception was efficient and polite.
