"The front desk staff was fine but the food and drink staff were excellent. Standouts for us were Juventina, Jose, Alan, Xochitl and Esmarelda. The beaches were wonderful and it was a great option to sit on the grass. I would suggest putting out more beach chairs as people are pretty selfish heading down at 7am to save chairs while not showing up for hours. All the food was good and such a variety. Generous pours on the drinks. It was always easy to get a taxi to take us into town. Nice big gym with lots of equipment. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back "

"Excellent room, excellent air conditioning, amazing food. Thank you Felix and Jordan!!! Hotel has an excellent location, gorgeous courtyard. People are friendly. Room was spacious. The only feedback is that the Spa, isn’t really a spa, it’s a tight little room so when my husband and I had massages, it was tight for the masseuse (s) to move around freely. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay"
