"Really great find in puerto escondido, at the opposite end to La Punta so much quieter (which worked for us!). For the price this is really exceptional - great size rooms, beautiful colours, delicious food, plus cute cats living here if you like! But the cherry on top is the roof terrace with a pool and hammocks, gorgeous for watching sunset, eating lunch and great iced coffees. My only suggestion would be for the sun beds to be reserved for hotel guests until after lunchtime - and maybe to add...

"This is quiet, friendly, and very economical. The staff was excellent and gave extra effort to make our stay better. Location is ideal. Coffe shops, the best restauraunt in town, Almoraduz, a small grocery, and laundry are a block and a half away. I will stay there again on my next visit in PE. "We chose this property because it was close to the ADO bus depot, had a 9.2 rating and it was cheap. The owner was friendly and accommodating. The room decor was quirky and almost retro (lots of old colorful Mexican tiles). We never used the pool. The bed was not very comfortable but for the price I can’t really complain too much. Location is hidden behind the Hotel Santa Fe down a rough patch of road. For the price, it’s probably an 8.5 out of 10. "
