"The location is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful scenery and view of the ocean. I feel that there should be a little bit more care taken with cleaning the outside walkways and steps, etc. I would also like to see railings in the pool area. It is not an easy place for a senior citizen for walking. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to look after me with my special diet needs."

"We loved the location and style of the property. Everything clean and well maintained. The pool and hospitality areas comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms on the second floor were comfortable and well equipped and clean. There is comfortable outside of room areas to enjoy. The only negative comment is that…one couple of our group was at first in a main floor room that was noisy and very compact. It took a few days for the hotel to accommodate a room change….our reservations...

"Excellent position in Oaxaca. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. The parades pass the front of the hotel which are amazing to watch. All staff are attentive. Breakfasts are wonderful and included in the room price. The pool is a welcome addition with pool side bar, a treat. Some bathrooms have an opaque glass door which was not to our liking, alsowindows do not open to the outside hence 4 stars overall. "
