"Absolutely stunning venue, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. Staff are extremely friendly and we felt welcome throughout our entire stay. Definitely worth popping by the spa even if its to soak in the outdoor jacuzzi in the evening for a short dip. Afternoon tea im the Great Hall is a must, its simply too stunning a room not to! We were able to check-in a little earlier because my husband was a little under the weather when we arrived, and they offered to take some toast up for him which...

"Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did."

"From the start to the finish of are stay was enjoyable. The lady on reception was friendly and give us both a lovely welcome. The pool and hot tub was great and the food was excellent. "

"Hotel is modern hotel and was in a great location to stop over for the weekend to break our longer journey. Room was good size, bed comfy, everywhere was clean & tidy. Reception and housekeeping team were wonderful nothing was too much trouble…. Unfortunately Breakfast all be that it’s free sadly there is room for improvement as this was very limited if your vegetarian, vegan or on a limited diet. On this particular weekend they seemed to not have much left at 8.30am when breakfast was supposed...
