"The apartment was beautiful, spotless and a good location for us. When we moved in the radiators were on and it was cosy. After about an hour all the radiators went off and never came on again the whole time we were there we were cold the whole time. There was a large towel warmer in the bathroom but it was cold so difficult to dry our towels. Dispite contacting the host several times all he could say was he didn't understand why we were cold! The temperature was set at 20 degrees...we sent him...
