"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. "This is an older hotel. The rooms were clean and large. The hallway carpet is old and a little musty but overall a nice place at a good price. "

"Breakfast was very local and not up to international standard and hand towels were not provided in the toilet and boring music was repeatedly played at breakfast also water in the shower was not hot enough and the hotel just said too many people could not make it hotter"
