"This is the best Best Western that we have been to in a long time. The corner sea view room was so nice. The staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. "

"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...

"Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, but a view only to the building wall next door. Breakfast was disappointing and not very appetising. Dinner was ok but misswording of the offer available at the time meant too much food was brought and we were overcharged, though the staff were kind enough to correct this after some explaining. The wifi stopped working unfortunately. The location was good for the immigration office but otherwise a long walk or taxi ride to the centre."

"For a budget hotel it was absolutely fine. Quite new still so not grotty. We were at end of corridor but others on floor were very noisy at all hours and sound travelled well! Basic but nice breakfast. Indonesian food and bread/toast with spreads."

"Reservamos um bangalo superior king vista mar e a Sra Teresa ficou em um Bangalô com duas camas conectadas perto da lixeira e fedorento. Qdo reclamou na recepção a funcionária do hotel disse que por ela ter feito a reserva pelo expedia , ela estava no bangalô mais simples e que se tivesse feito direto com o site do hotel , ficaria nos bangalôs melhores! "Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep "

"We had the king bed with partial sea view on the 6th floor. Check in was flawless because they allowed us to store our luggage before 2pm. They took our luggages to the room and gave us the key when we got there late in the evening. The room is spacious with extra day bed by the big window. When we woke up in the AM and let the sun in then we spotted the dirtiness in the room. Big mirror smeared with sticky fingerprints everywhere, under the bed was extremely dusty and dirty, the mini fridge...
