"Rooms were very comfortable and a good size. Staff very welcoming and good customer service. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had interconnecting rooms which was perfect for our family. However one of the showers was weak and not up to standard. The pool and spa was very clean. For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location.
