"A beautiful hotel within a few minutes walk of the main square and old city of Lille. The hotel is sited in a former hermitage and lots of original features have been retained. It’s like staying in modern hotel with a museum attached and is fascinating to walk round. The staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. "I booked and recieved confirmation of my booking from Expedia but when I arrived with my son to check in the hotel was shut for refurbishment, leaving us with nowhere to stay."

"Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours."
