"Clean, convenient, friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. No conditioner in the bathroom, only shampoo (not a big deal but was a bit surprised). Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries, meats, eggs, etc."

"Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi."
