"Great family vacation. The Cove has it all, quiet and private Cove only pool and super close to slides and lazy river. Was very windy, but warm when we went in late March. We had a sapphire 2 room suite with Lapis club access. Get floor 5 or higher for unobstructed view. Lapis club was great for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Butler service was excellent. Service overall at the Cove was beyond amazing. Get dining reservations ahead of time. "

"Staff is good. We stayed in a 2 bedroom residence. Half way through our stay when we ordered coffee for room service we realized a lot of amenities in the room were missing like the coffee maker. That was frustrating as was the wait for our room to get ready as you are hanging out in the lobby for hours with a bunch of others also waiting on their rooms. Outside of that, it was great. "Goldwynn is nice and quiet, great spot for a family vacation. Only things we didn't like is there is not much to do, they could improve that by having a bit of music at the pool and perhaps someone playing the piano in their lobby bar where they have a piano in the evenings. Also, with only one restaurant choice, dining at the hotel is challenging."

Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either.
