"Had a wonderful stay, however we found the chef extremely rigid and unwilling to listen to our preferences, for example my wife ordered the steak and it was still very bloody and she wanted it medium wel…. She hardly touched it and staff did nothing. I’ve personally was told by 2 different sources at the hotel that some staff are afraid of the chef …"

"Very clean AND quiet hotel. The staff were very pleasant. Room was spotless & the bed was very comfortable. Having a bar and great restaurant in the hotel is a big plus. We spent 5 days driving from AB to the east coast & this was the best hotel by far. Of course, it's a little more expensive, but hey, you get what you pay for. Would highly reccomend it yo anyone."

"I did not gave 5 stars for staff for the hotel because everything is electronically operated, which work very well. Also did not gave 5 stars because there are 35 steps to go up before reching the room. The restaurant is very appreciated and I gave them 5 stars. "
