Upon initial check-in, the young man at the counter was very pleasant. However, this does not make up for the following: The carpet in the room was filthy. The food menu was not vegetarian friendly. We ordered room service, and received spoiled fruit and hard pancakes that were not edible. The 1st night we asked for face towels, and after calling back twice and waiting for more than 2hrs, we were told sorry for the delay and did not receive face towels until the next day. The room lacked common amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner, and our room was not restocked with lotion or body wash. Thankfully, we do travel with our own. I have stayed in many Hilton properties, and this was by far the worse. There is no way this hotel should be labeled a 5 star, as the staff and the services were subpar.

It was strange and uncomfortable that the bathroom was in the same room as the living room. No privacy. It was also a little annoying when the room key only worked once. Then you had to go and recode the key.
