"The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The food was excellent and when the hotel restaurant wasn't open, a hotel-owned restaurant next door had excellent food. The difficult thing about getting a 4 star rating in Nakuru, Kenya, is that the area is subject to frequent power outages and the internet service simply isn't the best. I wish this property didn't have to deal with these inconveniences because everything else was superb. "

"The was confusion and I ended up staying at the resort. I would have been very disappointed to stay at the hotel with the money I paid. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and my room was very quiet. The breakfast was super. Although the resort is in Karagita, I never experienced anything negative. The lighting in the room should be improved since some people come to work not just leisure."

"Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! Would definitely tell my friends visiting to choose this Hotel. "

" I booked a room at Hotel Genevieve Biashara, Nakuru, Kenya through the hotels.com online service on February 20 to February 21 and paid through the card visa + hotels.com bonuses. When I arrived on February 21 in the evening Hotel genevieve Mashindo street off Kanu street Nakuru, Kenya, the hotel administrator immediately stated that they had no room for me in the hotel. When I showed them the confirmation letter to hotels.com. to my email, the hotel administrator accused the hotels.com online...
