"Where to even start. They're running on a strict budget therefore dont expect much from this hotel. You need to pay to use the safe in your room, you need to pay to have wifi in your room and the food in the restaurant looks like dog food. The rooms barely get a decent clean due to the fact that theres only 1 or 2 people cleaning the whole hotel. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else!!!"

"Hotel Vanilla is a family run, no frills peoples hotel. If you dont expect too much for the price you pay, you will be more than happy. Its an old fashioned low rise hotel without any lifts but the iwners and staff go out or thier way to make your stay with rhem all that you need. I will be staying again in a few weeks time. "Stayed one night at the hotel. The first room (203) we were given had a consistently electronic sound. The front desk found us another room on the 4th floor, which was quiet. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking is easy. A lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. "

"Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"It was my first stay at this hotel. It is in one of the best areas of Bodrum city. The street where it is located is very nice. The area seems very safe and quiet, also peaceful. It was quiet at the hotel too because it was off season (November). I would like to thank all staff. All of them were kind and friendly. Special thanks to Ika (Irakliy/Irakly) who is very helpful. He speaks perfect Turkish although he is not a Turkish man, knows the city and region very well. Breakfast was open buffet...

"Well situated hotel right opposite Bodrum Yacht Club & Marina. Most rooms are situated around the pool which is very nice. The rooms are somewhat tired now though & I believe the hotel is soon to be refurbished so look forward to returning in the future "
