"We arrived late due to our flight delay. So arrived around 12:30am and our room was small and stuffy and the shower didn’t work properly, our lights would not switch off. I called reception twice and got put on hold. I had to go myself at 2am to demand a room change. Was told they were fully booked. Young inexperienced rude staff all male. "Rooms are very very old , no central air conditioning, no safe box , no windows , beds are comfortable but they don’t provide you with comforters, they give you bey thin blanket , we had no WiFi in our room , every time to make a call I had to go to hallway which was very hot and humid to make a phone call , to go to our room I had to walk outside then inside to go to my room , staff were very friendly, food and breakfast was okay for the money you spend but I will not go back "
