"My wife and I decided on a weekend getaway on short notice. We enjoy touring old mansions and so we were delighted when we came across the Alexander Mansion while doing a google search of nearby bed and breakfasts (We live in Minneapolis). The check-in with Richard was fun and easy. Richard provided several dinner recommendations and made our reservation once we decided where we wanted to go. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well designed. The mansion was a step back in time....

"Overall very nice hotel. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. I have nothing bad to say other than the outside bar across the street was quite noisy and the location of the hotel was by the police station which made the evenings quite loud when the sirens were going off. The location was great for watching the Timberwolves and there are great food options within walking distance. "
