"Second day water was not available. Went to advise the lady in the front regarding the water and she flat out lied stating the entire hotel was out when our friends and family had water. Just flat out inexcusable to lie. Never once apologized and when asked to speak to the manager she refused. It was the lady that’s upfront in the AM on a Tuesday. Just won’t recommend this hotel when visiting Paztcauro. Unfortunate ."

"Muy buen hotel, lo he visitado en varias ocasiones y siempre es muy agradable, lo único es que constantemente está en reparación y puede resultar un poco incómodo. Sin embargo, tampoco es algo intolerable, el staff muy amable y la limpieza que en lo personal es algo importante, muy buena."
