The floor that we stayed initially was under construction air conditioning was not working we notified administration and they acknowledged issues and moved us to a different room the next day we still heard very disturbing and loud noice coming to our room at the end of our stay we informed administration about all of our concerns specifically the fact that as we initially booked our room we didn’t see any comenta or notes in relation to hotel been under construction this is an issue that other guests experienced we were not the only ones that got moved from room due to this issues we also reported and submitted some bites on our bodies that looked like bed bugs and later we’re told that they looked more like flea bites
