"A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ficar no centro de Dourados. Anteriormente conhecido como Alphonsus, este foi um dos melhores hotéis na cidade nos anos 80. Mas hoje o hotel parece operar com mínimas atualizações desde seus anos de ouro. As instalações estão velhas e mostram o desgaste. Louça do banheiro encardidas, tampa de vaso solta, chuveiro rosado por falta de limpieza, móveis de mdf esfarelando. O estacionamento também foi um pouco problemático para mim. Localizado do...

"Foi ótimo não tive problemas, e tudo estava perfeito."

"Horrível.. toalhas horríveis, travesseiros e colchão muito ruins.. O quarto por ser duplex é muito mal planejado. No banheiro não se consegue sentar na privada de forma reta, é preciso sentar de lado, horrivel, pessimo, nao volto nunca mais Somente 1 elevador e muuuuito lento e sujo."

"Great place. We found that mostly families stayed here which meant it was nice and relaxed but nit result a place of meeting others. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge. The pool bar (16-22.00) serves geat caprihanas. They is also is a kitchen with some pans and utensils, a fridge, stove, miceowave and grill..we used it a few times and it was great. Unfortunately there are only 2 sunliungers by three pool so it wasnt so nice for lounging and although the kids went in it was really cold....
