Check-in demorado. Mandaram um formulario online para check in. Preenchi, enviei...nao adiantou nada, perdi tempo (eramos em 7 hospedes). Relato que sistema local incompatível com sistema da rede. Estacionamento lotado. Tinha 2 quartos para 4 adultos e 2 criancas...apenas um quarto c cama solteiro e casal. Solicitei a troca do quarto c cama so de casal, funcionario algo rispido c argumentos absolutamente ilógicos...cafe da manha razoável. Localização boa.

Possui o básico para uma hospedagem de quem viaja a trabalho, faltou um frigobar, mesmo tendo na recepção serviços de self service para diversos produtos, não é interessante ficar descendo o tempo todo. De Negativo é o tamanho do banheiro, que ao sentar no sanitário vc fica com os joelhos batendo na porta. Fiquei 8 dias no quarto 563, e o mesmo estava com o ralo do chuveiro entupido, mesmo solicitando na recepção por diversas vezes não foi resolvido! Ao tomar banho tinha que ficar desligando o chuveiro para não inundar o quarto! Ponto forte do hotel é o silêncio e a localização.
