Very nice hotel but needs some maintenance
Hotel is beautiful but requires some maintenance. First room we got the AC did not work. Second room had issues with the toilet flush and the sink. Hotel charges R$25.00 parking per night but we parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Great location, staff was very friendly too. The room was spacious, and AC worked amazingly well! Breakfast was good too. My only few downsides to this hotel was the bathroom cleanliness was very poor, and no enforcement of moose from other guests. There was a group of people literally singing by the pool, and playing instruments ..... the staff didn’t seem to care much, but it was really annoying for us without small baby trying to just relax by the pool. Anyways, other than that and being a little overpriced for what you get, I’d definitely recommend this place !

Cute design, well decorated. The room has no chair. One day there was no hot water without explanation. Excellent service in restaurant. Very good kitchen, cook present in the restaurant.

The most comfortable Hotel in the area
This is a large Hotel with 2 swimming pools, outside and inside, sauna and large common spaces. The Front Desk is not too friendly but efficient. The room has a good space but you cannot let the AC turned on, because the key needs to be inside. The Breakfast is good, they did what the could to offer us the best. The did scramble eggs by demand for me and my wife, delicious. The impression that we had is that this Hotel had better days, but is still a good Hotel. A little bit over price for what is offered, I believe 20% less would be more appropriate. Definitely if you want to stay in a Hotel that has space to relax after you do the tour, and you are Ok to pay more, this is the Hotel to be. We spent all the evenings at the warm swimming pool.

One of the best Hotels in Bonito. If is your first time there is a good option. For further visits I would go to a cheaper one.

The structure of the hotel is good, but we were a little disappointed with the room. There were some trash in the can, the door was broken, the sink and shower linking everywhere when we opened. The good part is once we complained, they got the issues solved.

Piscina aquecida, com azulejos encardidos, varias areas do hotel com defeitos na estrutura, quarto bem simples. A cama de casal, e duas camas de solteiro unidas, que causam muito desconforto. As recepcionistas foram atenciosas. Nota 10 so para o cafe da manha.

O hotel é muito bonito. Todas as dependências pareciam bem cuidadas. Porém, as políticas do hotel são bem oportunistas. Eles cobram 25,00 por toalha extra e 25,00 a diária do estacionamento. 9 estacionamento estava aberto o tempo todo nos 3 primeiros dias em que fiquei lá, portanto não oferece nenhuma segurança a mais do que deixar o carro na rua. Sobre as toalhas, Bonito é conhecido por passeios em lagoas e rios. Cobrar 25,00 por toalha extra é oportunismo, visto que poderiam apenas manter um controle do aluguel e devolução das toalhas. Qualquer outro hotel no Brasil que tenha praias ou rios perto oferecem aluguel de toalhas de cortesia. Outro ponto importante: os quartos são muito barulhentos. Do meu quarto, eu ouvia um telefone tocar o tempo todo (da recepção? Das camareiras?) e também conseguia ouvir TUDO que meus vizinhos faziam no banheiro. Me senti sem privacidade.
