"PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. The most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had. 1. There are over 150 very steep steps to climb every time you want to go in and out of the hotel. They are not lit and extremely dangerous 2. Our room did not get cleaned until 6 or 7pm and we had to chase three times 3. Hot water runs out frequently 4. Food is below average 5. So many staff everywhere and very little service Nothing about this hotel is 5* it’s an awful experience, don’t put yourself through it "

"Overall a really nice, comfortable place to stay. Wait staff, Marlin, and exec chef were friendly and enjoyed our conversations! Breakfast was good, dinner was good, grounds and pool area very well kept. The superior room was spacious, clean, and loved our balcony. Stayed for 2 nights, ate our meals there, lounged poolside for the day, and just had a fantastic leisurely time, which is all we had on our itinerary for Weligama! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!"

"Had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The lady who runs it is lovely and very helpful and friendly. I took the option for breakfast and there is a selection to choose from, i was always full after. The room was a good size and very clean with little touches that make the stay nicer, toiletries, nice towels, air fresher, a little flower and mosquito repellant. Would recommend and would stay again. The hotel was a perfect location for me, set back off the main road and walking distance to the main attractions. "

"Very attentive staff. Place was did not look quite as well as it did on photos. It’s a bit hard to find. It’s right behind another hotel with the same/similar name. Nice beaches nearby and great views from the rooftop cafe food was great too!"
