The heating in the bedroom was excellent, but the heater in the living-dining area kept blowing out cold air. The taps did not provide hot water, and the one in the kitchen never got hot or even very warm The kitchen faucet also leaked. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. "We had a fabulous stay! The front desk staff were so friendly and incredibly kind to our little Boston Terrier — giving her toys, treats, and TLC. Our room had a terrace that looked out onto a peaceful body of water, like we were a world away from the bustle of things. High ceilings, a comfy bed, and a stylish bathroom were some of the highlights we enjoyed in our room. Not to mention an abundant continental breakfast each morning. We would love to stay here again!"

"Loved the location and the very friendly staff. Super clean. Great shopping and eating choices close. The only issue is the shower/tub combo being in the main room away from the "bathroom". Also the tub cold water knob would bot turn on 😔 which lead to a very hot bath since the only cold i could get was from the handheld shower nozzle. A pretty big bummer since i was looking forward to a whirlpool bath after all day of walking 😒"
