"Overall a nice stay, a couple opportunities for improvement. The Pros: Great location, charming building, room was very clean, bed was super comfy, service was friendly. Cons: I've never heard noisier pipes in my life! Bring earplugs because if the room next to you is taking a shower, you're going to KNOW IT lol, it was unreal how loud the plumbing was. "My partner and I were quite comfortable in this Terra Linda converted space, downstairs of the owners main house. As others have noted, it is fully equipped for needs and comforts. Very kind and considerately done! And if you're into remotes, you'll find the various customizable lights, 2 fireplaces and 2 tvs amusing and playful. We enjoyed being near my former Marin home and forever dear friends, with easy access to so much via Hwy 101."

"We were in Marin to see our Mom/grandmother/ great grandmother who we had not been able to see for over a year!!! We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay for 3 weeks!! It has everything you could need and the owners are so responsive and accommodating! I highly recommend this property! We would hands down stay there again!"
