"We had a wonderful time at the Excellence Resort - Oyster Bay. The only complaint we had was the service on the beach wasn't that great. They only came around twice the most and some days just once to ask if we needed anything. We were there in 2019 and didn't pay for the Excellence Club and had awesome service on the beach near the main pool area than we did this time at the beach area for the Excellence Club members. Some of the popular drinks we asked for the bar tenders didn't even know how to make. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. "
