"Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn holes. "

The staff were helpful in every way. If we needed another blanket of some more coffee they were there to help immediately. Very highly recommend."
