It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Nevertheless the rooms are not very clean, although it’s a new hotel the bathroom is awful. The shower cabinet has black mold!!

Cleaning Problem
The toilet of the room had pee stains from the previous guests when we first checked in. They offered to change the room. We changed the room and the new room's bathroom had body hair from the previous guests this time. The chairs had shoe marks. (Someone tied their shoes on the chair.) The window of the room had hair grease from someone leaning onto it. There is a serious cleaning problem with this property.

Bir gecelik rezarvasyon yaptırdığım otelde Resepsiyon personeli güler yüzlü gayet samimiydi ve bir çok konuda yardımcı oldular bu konuda otelde en çok memnun kaldığım şey resepsiyon personeliydi restaurant bölümünde Esra Hanım restauranttaki diğer personeller gibi soğuk değildi. Gayet samimi kibardı.Sabah kahvaltısında daha fazla çeşit ve seçenek olabilirdi otelin muadili otellerde konakladığımda başka şehirlerde daha fazla kahvaltı çeşitleriyle karşılaşmıştım odanın ferahlığı ve temizliği gayet iyiydi fakat duş başlıkları aşırı kireçli ve bakımsızdı oda servisi maalesef gecikti kahvem soğuk halde gelmişti personel geciktiğinin farkında ve gayet kibardı genel olarak otelde kalmaktan keyif duydum.Restaurant ve oda servisinde ödemeyi odaya aldırtmak için alınan isim ve imza bana çok itici bir durum geldi. Hizmet konusunda biraz tesisin isminin gölgesinde kaldığını düşünüyorum.
