Floodplains are rarely seen ecosystems.
It seems like a forest is flooded, but it's not!
It's the normal form of the forest and all trees are adapted to live with water. At some part of it where is more shallow, you can see how tree roots are mutated and change shape above the ground.

From the sea level, up on the hills of Kiyikoy. Following the forest tracks can reveal you a very nice scenery. Forestmen are expected to serve you some tea that they cooked on the wood fire :) Though it might be tricky when it comes to climb the hills with a heavy weight on your bike. Ideal location

"The hotel staff gave me a friendly greeting and explained all I needed to know. The hotel is just opposite the railway station and Optima Express terminal. Some traffic noise could be heard, but I slept well. The rooms are clean and comfortable."
