"Alibu is a kind of amazing resort ! It was my first time to visit , they offered excellent service to my family. I can not forget about they gave me a birthday cake for my son ( I didn’t ask for ) and my husband suggested to serve the orange juice at the breakfast, and they remembered his suggestion! And finally I left my phone at the lobby , and they helped me to find :) I was so happy to stay at Alibu ! I will be come back :) "

"Loved loved loved our stay. Location was amazing, resort was stunning and all the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious and dinner at the bar was outstanding. "Stayed 4 nights in suite with sofa partial sea view, have stayed at 5 other Muong Thanh's across Vietnam, this one had the most limited breakfast buffet items, while the room was clean the bed was a little dissapointing in terms of comfort and pillows were not comfortable (too stuffed). Limited interactions with staff apart from check in which was quick and checkout. Given the other options in town I wouldn't rebook."

"It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel. If you can't plan your own tour, I don't think this hotel is right. The Spa service in the hotel was fantastic and Thao, the manager worked really passionately and did her best for the guests. Cozy Front Beach House wid Private Beach

"Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. No one showed up to meet with us to show the property. It was such a disaster!!!! Avoid this place at all cost! The host messaged me back after 2 hours trying to get a hold of her and said that we checked in already but in reality, we didn’t even get the keys! No one checked our confirmation or booking information. It was a waste of time!!!! Stick with an actual hotel that has a conceirge. "
