Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay."

"We picked this hotel because of their excellent Travel Desk services. From the very first Manjusha was very responsive and helped us with our travel bookings. We made a last minute decision to go to Kochi and were looking for someone local to help with travel arrangements. Manjusha helped with picking out trip ideas for us as well as arranging a car and driver. Everything was reasonably priced and well coordinated. The hotel itself was good with friendly staff.
