Great customer service, very good quality of the food, lots of choices of the food. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Customer service outstanding, staff was super friendly, helpful and speaking English. The hotel has clean and good swimming pool. There were two people with outstanding customer service: Prasobh - housekeeping and Mr V Mani, very caring and he provides outstanding customer service.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. Clean, comfortable, modern. Great food, amazing buffets! Nice pool, good spa. There were 2 weddings when we were there which took over the pool area, the first blaring awful loud music! It seems this may be a common thing at this hotel.

We had an early flight and had booked breakfast with our stay. Staff were amazing and packed a breakfast for us to take with sandwiches, pastries, fruit and even coffee! Amazing service and greatly appreciated. Would recommend staying around. It was our second stay in a week

What a super nice surprise of a hotel! I was really happy with my choice to stay here even though I actually wanted to stay in a different area. The hotel is super nice, breakfast buffet is incredible and staff are really nice! Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.

This hotel cannot be rated 5 starts, rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms and the whole place is not well kept, corridor carpets are stained, bathrooms have mold stains. There is big garbage dump on the left side of the hotel. Mosquitoes are everywhere. Only good thing is the staff, staff and service was good.

We had a pleasant stay at Tamara. Friendly and pleasant staff . Breakfast buffet was good. There is only one restaurant now, hopefully there will be more in future. Convenient location ,not too far away from the city.On the whole my family was happy . Staff Dev deserves special mention. Keep up the good work guys😃

The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. Overall a very good hotel, very good customer service. Highly recommended.

The property was fine for usual 5 star standards . Rooms were clean . but every small thing was an expensive add-on. For eg. Banana chips small packet, local to Trivandrum, which you would think is a welcome gift for the room guests but was instead 130 rupees! 😮. Breakfast was not included which is pretty standard for all luxury hotels. The on-site restaurant was good food but very pricey.
