"This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher."

"Completely different property than advertised. None of things listed were available or working. Stove not working, washer broken for many years. No safe rooftop. One a/c in one bedroom, that was not disclosed in ad.Big flight of stairs to enter, not disclosed.. Would be really horrible for very senior people. Neighborhood, rocky, un walkable, not near the ocean. I left on the 4th day. Really disappointed, Btw…owner said nobody stayed there since before covid in 2020. Never inspected? Pics on...

"I had booked the urban cove and honestly, I was skeptical about it. However, when i reached, I had to admit, the apartment and the environment around the apartment building was splendid. My family had a wonderful time resting and enjoying the homely time.The customer service were fast and efficient especially when I had so many enquiries.So thank you for the wonderful stay @ Jasmine, Alice Aunty,Raju Uncle,&Joy brother you guys are amazing & great help. I’m just disappointed I could stay longer...
