"We visited the Omni on a girls trip to celebrate our birthdays and over 40 years of friendship. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to do one in this case. From the moment we checked in we were well taken care of. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The front desk were amazing, quick, and so friendly. Our room was ready even though we were early. The views were amazing from the 12th floor overlooking the pool. They had a birthday gift bag left in our room while we were gone to dinner. They went out of their way to be sure we had a fabulous stay! We also visited the Mokara Spa and it was the best experience as well: welcoming, attentive, clean, friendly, just wonderful!"

"Check in staff (unfortunately I don't know the young man's name) was SO kind and considerate. He was attentive and truly sweet! I watched him handle an issue with another consumer and he was gentle, apologetic and he resolved the matter immediately for them."
