"From the start very friendly helpful staff. Although the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded. Rooms in very good condition (Premium Villas) and just a lovely place to stay. "The property was beautiful overall. There was some remodeling at the nearest restaurant that required me to do a bit of walking from my resort area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a special way of welcoming you back if you were a returning guest. Overall, 9/10. "

"Incredible experience with a truly amazing staff. Rooms were a little warn down but the property and privacy/quiet nature of the resort itself helped absorb that one fault. Will absolutely be back! "

"Customer service was amazing, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The island is amazing. The prices for food are a little pricey but it is a resort. Book excursions early some fill up fast. I stayed in the water villa, absolutely beautiful, breathtaking views. I recommend the photoshoot as well, photos came out really nice. "
