Varu Atmosphere is a beautiful resort and what makes this place special are the people who go above and beyond each and every day to ensure your needs are met. A few other things to mention. My trip was ok because I didn’t expect much. Unfortunately on my side that I lost one of my diamonds bracelet right before the departure time so didn’t have time to look for it. However your staff texted me a couple days later that they found my bracelet and will send priority mail to me. I was happy to hear good news. Unfortunately they didn’t mail. It had been over 4 months still don’t see my bracelet. I have been using Messenger tried to get updated from Aida Medeubayeva but didn’t get any replies. I am disappointed because your staff are not honest with customer.
