"No contact with the hotel, very long response to e-mails (several days) despite paying the airport transfer fee, I had to look for a connection on my own. The photos in the offer do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are provided in another facility approximately 300m away. The meals are the same every day. There is no clothes dryer in the room, high humidity makes it impossible to dry wet swimsuits."

"Staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. Pick up and ride back to the fast ferry is very helpful. I did not like the daily 2 plastic water bottles in the room. Should offer a water container for guests to refill their own water bottles to save on trash. My room had no window, felt claustrophobic."

"Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. "Great hotel, from the warm welcome to last farewell everything was smooth and highly enjoyable. We loved the fact the whole island is set in lush greenery and i feels very private despite full occupancy. Staff is extremely friendly and helpfull.
