"It was amazing experience. The location is convenient and the hotel is located on top floors of the building with lobby at 7th floor. also, the mall with branded and local stuff is linked to the hotel. Breakfast spread is pretty nice."

"Every day, i see cockroaches in the toilet and room, despite my complain from the 1st day. I stayed for 5 days. "

"I booked two nights for my parents and myself. Our stay was excellent and the hotel’s free parking was great. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The nice card and extra little gifts from the staff made us feel awesome. I felt that we received a five star service for a very small price. "

"Location is amazing Linked to a paid park with easy access to vicinity. Lovely architecture and service was impeccable. We stayed in the suite which was very large and fully stocked with amenities. Only feedback we have was the air-conditioning which on query is actually partly centralised. Overall a definite recommendation to stay here when you come to Suzhou. In fact, I'd recommend you explore the hotel and park grounds 1st before you head out to explore Suzhou old town"
