"Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and quality. Champagne Bar cosy. Room was a delux double but on 3rd floor so in the eaves. Dimly lit one small window, lack of plug sockets and mirror in the main room. TV signal poor. Housekeeping was good, fresh towels daily, nice touch of fresh milk in the fridge however, we had to request water to be replaced and the biscuits were not replaced after arrival not that we were desperate but would of been...

"A gorgeous old country house hotel centrally located in Jersey and a short drive from the airport. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are cosy and relaxing spaces, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and when we return to Jersey, this is where we will stay again. "Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay! "

"This was a beautiful property.We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage very spacious, beautiful decor and had outside space in the form of small garden with table and chairs.The only small detail that the property could perhaps consider would be considering a raised toilet seat for disabled guests.The toilets were very low and difficult to get up from if any mobility issues or older guests.The toilet down stairs had lots of space for wheelchair users but the toilet was still very low.Other than this...
