Parking was rather difficult; ramp very narrow & was not able to drive up the ramp, to more parking. "I loved this hotel. The staff are particularly warm and friendly. I was holidaying with my baby for the first time which can be stressful as a new mother. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate with zero (ostensible) judgment or concern. I wondered if choosing a Relais & Châteaux property would be a mistake with a 6 month old but I needn’t have worried. Everyone was wonderful. Beautiful grounds. Great food, and a fabulous room which they kindly upgraded for the duration of our stay. "

"All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and fairly priced. All normal hotel facilities were very good, We were using local busses and all bus routes go to and from St Helier which makes it a critical location to be able to easily access. The hotel is on a frequent bus route to St Helier, and would be only a ten minute walk. Overall, I think it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had."
