"Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. "Wonderful stay at L’Horizon. Staff extremely friendly, go above and beyond to make holiday extra special. The best location, on the beach at St Brelade’s bay. The beach is fabulous in rain or shine, wonderful views from sea front balcony. Cosy rooms, great pillows! Food and wine excellent. Fabulous local bus service (12A) and close to the airport via local taxi (or bus #12)."
