"The staff were so helpful and flexible. We knew only very broken Japanese but they used their translator or tried their best to figure out what we were saying. The room was clean and more spacious than expected. It is a traditional ryokan style and we were served wonderful dinner in their restaurant. They provided yukatas but I wasn't able to figure out how to get the obis and was too shy to ask. It was 10 minute walk from the beach and the aquarium. "I was impressed by the beautiful view and I do appreciate the kindness of the staffs. However, I felt disappointed when I noticed that I paid ¥3,454 higher than what I reserved on Expedia. I thought I would get reasonable price making a reservation through Expedia, but I didn't.They charged me ¥19,400 but according to my reservation it’s supposed to be ¥15,946. "

"一人自転車旅で北茨城に訪れた際利用しました。 一日貸切で貸していたそうで、夕方に予約を入れた後急ピッチで清掃してくれました。 中は一階がイギリスの民家風のリビング、二階が和室に机とベッドがおいてある内装。 オーナーのご夫妻は隣の家に住んでおり、何かあればすぐに相談できます。 自分は自転車を庭に安全に駐輪できたのと、洗濯機に加え乾燥機もついていたのが非常に助かりました。 旅の疲れを癒す、友達とワイワイする、色々な楽しみ方ができる一軒家のホテル、誰にでもおすすめできます。"
