"Hotel staff were terrific. Helped us with train information. Very clean. Breakfast was plentiful - fresh juices, coffee, eggs made to order. It was very cold one night and while we wanted to explore, we didn’t want to go outside. We ate sushi at the restaurant and it was wonderful!"

"Very nice traditional Japanese hotel within 5 minutes walking distance from the Tourist Information Center if you took the public bus. I stayed in a Japanese style room with ocean view and slept on futon laid on tatami. Dinner and breakfast were included in the room rate, and the food was pretty good (kind of in fine-dining style). They have shuttle bus service from and to Fukuyama Station so be sure to take advantage of it. The welcome drink that they serve when you check in was nice."

Has a nice slightly old fashioned elegant feel unlike other station area hotels that are always bustling and prioritize efficient use of space in the rooms. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located to Yamato Museum, mall shopping and transportation.
